In September 2026 Puravankara entered Delhi NCR with the allotment of a 13.44-acre land parcel in Greater Noida, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Prudential Housing and Infrastructure Development Limited. The land was allotted by e-auction by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Ltd and has a saleable potential of about 4.57 million sq ft, with an estimated gross development value of about ₹5,200 crore.
