Checklist before booking
- Verify the project's RERA registration number on the state RERA website
- Confirm the land title and allotment with the developer and the authority
- Read the agreement, payment plan and timelines carefully
- Treat pre-launch prices and configurations as indicative until launch
- Check what is actually built and approved, not only what is planned
