About Godrej Global Business City
Godrej Global Business City is the name under which Godrej Properties' upcoming residential development in the DMIC Integrated Industrial Township, Greater Noida is being promoted. The idea behind it is simple: live in the same planned city where you work. The township combines industrial, commercial and residential land in one master plan, and the Godrej homes are planned on a 23.2-acre group housing parcel won by Godrej Properties in June 2026.
The township, developed by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Ltd (a joint venture of the NICDC/DMIC Trust and the Greater Noida Authority), spreads over 747.5 acres near Boraki. It was dedicated to the nation in January 2024, has its trunk infrastructure in place, and already hosts manufacturers in electronics, mobile and white goods, with Haier as the anchor investor on a 123.7-acre campus.

Jobs create housing demand
Nineteen plots covering about 230 acres had been allotted to industry by December 2024. As these units hire, demand for homes inside the township is expected to rise, while residential land in the township remains limited.
Infrastructure already built
Unlike many new micro-markets, the township's trunk roads, utilities and underground services are complete. Buyers are betting on a finished city plan, not on infrastructure that is still on paper.
