About the Greater Noida city

The Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida (IIT-GN) is the flagship DMIC project in Uttar Pradesh. It is a 747.5-acre planned township developed by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Ltd, a joint venture of the DMIC Trust (NICDC) and the Greater Noida Authority, and was dedicated to the nation in January 2024.

It follows a walk-to-work plan with industrial, commercial and residential land in one master plan and utilities laid underground. Electronics, mobile and white-goods makers operate on site, with Haier as the anchor investor. The township sits south-east of Greater Noida near Boraki, next to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway and the Delhi-Howrah railway line, about 11 km from Pari Chowk.
